Private Melbourne-based property investor and developer PCL Prattcorp has rebranded as South Haven Group. The group, which recently sold the Croydon Central Shopping Centre for more than $40 million and a Dandenong office tower for more than $10 million, is gearing up for investment in new projects in the $40 million to $80 million range. The business is run by brothers Ian and Gary Pratt. Their father, Bill  Pratt, was responsible for bringing Safeway to the Australian grocery market in 1963.
