Also in 2025, we delivered a 528sqm tenancy where warm finishes, natural light and a smart layout came together to create a high-performing workspace. In collaboration with Studio Tate Architects, the space we created combined refined design with functionality, which resulted in a move-in ready environment.

The layout incorporates 46 open-plan workstations, three private offices, a large meeting room, and a spacious boardroom with treetop views, supporting both focus and collaboration.

At its centre, the kitchen and breakout area blend style and practicality, featuring veined stone, warm timber and terracotta tones. Soft furnishings, ambient lighting and full-height windows enhance comfort and clarity throughout.
