35 Cotham Road Kew – 497sqm tenancy

In 2025, we collaborated with Studio Tate Architects to create a 497sqm premium, ready-to-occupy workspace in the heart of Kew. This impeccably designed tenancy delivered a refined, highly functional environment with elevated finishes of natural stone, warm timber, and soft blue tones. The brief was to create a space that blends practicality with a relaxed, inviting feel.

The layout included 36 open-plan workstations, three private offices, two quiet rooms, two meeting rooms, and a spacious boardroom, supporting both collaboration and productivity. A welcoming reception area and central kitchen/breakout space add a sense of comfort and flow.

We are very proud of the result, which reflects the strong partnership between South Haven and Studio Tate.
