With social distancing regulations at play, many of us are finding it hard to maintain a regular exercise routine.

Luckily, plenty of exercise apps, gyms and studios are coming to the rescue to provide free livestream fitness classes and workout app trials which you can use to work out from the comfort of your home.

Below are a list of apps that are currently available at no charge

Down Dog

Down Dog is the highest rated yoga app on iOS and Android. All of their apps, including Down Dog, Yoga for Beginners, HIIT, Barre and 7 Minute Workout are completely free until May 1.

Nike Training Club

Nike Training Club (NTC) offers workouts for all goals, levels and equipment availability. You’ll also have access to four training plans that can be tailored to you personally. NTC is providing free access to their premium membership from today until further notice.

Adidas Training by Runtastic

Like NTC, Adidas Training includes workouts for all fitness levels. Workouts range from five minutes to an hour and a half. Users can also participate in active challenges and track their progress on the app. Currently, their premium membership is free for 90 days.

Daily Burn

Daily Burn offers thousands of different workouts from HIIT to yoga and Kickboxing. With their 30 day free trial, you’ll be able to mix up your exercise routine for an entire month.

Whilst Peloton is largely known for its in-home spin classes, it also offers a variety of live and on-demand classes including yoga, dance, core and Pilates. Peloton is free for 90 days.

Wishing you the best of luck on your fitness journey at home -let’s keep ourselves motivated, healthy and re-emerge from hibernation stronger!
